Each week leading up to the Kentucky Derby, Anthony will be picking winners in the top Derby Preps, and you can join him for free! The player with the highest bankroll at the end wins Belmont Stakes tickets in the exclusive Champagne Room (a $$$ value!). Second and Third place finishers get NYRA Bets credits, and anyone who beats Anthony gets special bragging rights for life!

It's simple to play, potentially difficult to beat The Big A himself! Here's how you play:
- Each week, simply log in to the Beat The Big A contest
- Place a mythical $10 win wager on one horse in the select Kentucky Derby Prep race(s)
- Sit back and wait for next week
Results are automatically calculated, and you can follow along each week to see how you, your friends, and The Big A are doing!

Contest Directions:
- Visit NYRA.com/showdown
- Select ‘Standings’ in the horizontal navigation
- Select the ‘Beat the Big A’ Contest
- Click the gold ‘Make Selection(s)’ button on the right. (Race(s) will be made available at least 24 hours before the race post time)
- Select your horse and click ‘Submit Selection(s)
- Visit the leaderboard to see how you stack up against fellow players and The Big A himself!
Prizes:
First Place: The player with the highest bankroll at the conclusion of the entire series wins two tickets to the Belmont Stakes in the Champagne Room for June 9 & 10 ($1,250 value). Belmont Stakes Saturday includes a premium buffet, open bar and trackside access. Travel credit also included (to be deposited into NYRA Bets account - $700 value).
Second Place: $500 NYRA Bets Credit
Third Place: $100 NYRA Bets Credit
